Your Job




We are looking for a Community & Social Media Manager who is not only confident in front of the camera, but also a genuine fan of Asian games, manga, and anime culture. You will be the public face of the game in Western markets, interacting directly with players through livestreams, videos, and community channels, and acting as a bridge between the community and the development team.



This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes gaming culture, enjoys engaging with fans in real time, and is excited to represent an Asian title to a Western audience in an authentic and enthusiastic way.

Responsibilities



Act as the primary community representative for Western players Host and participate in livestreams, AMAs, and live events (Twitch, YouTube, Discord, etc.) Create engaging on-camera content such as developer updates, event showcases, reaction videos, and Q&A sessions Manage and grow the community across Discord, social media, forums, and other platforms Engage daily with players, moderate discussions, and foster a positive, inclusive environment Gather community feedback and communicate insights to internal teams Work closely with Product, Live Ops, Marketing, and Localization teams Support game launches, updates, and live events with community-driven initiatives Help define and maintain the tone of voice for Western audiences while respecting the game’s Asian roots

Requirements



2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or player-facing roles, ideally in games or digital entertainment Strong on-camera presence and confidence speaking to live audiences Experience hosting or appearing in livestreams or video content Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Deep understanding of gaming communities and online culture A genuine passion for Asian games, manga, and anime, and familiarity with related fandoms Comfortable working with an Asian-developed product and adapting messaging for Western audiences Ability to handle moderation, conflict resolution, and sensitive player feedback professionally
