Für das Procurement der HENSOLDT Sensors und Optronics GmbH suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n "Assistenz Chief Procurement Officer (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm.



Das Procurement der HENSOLDT Sensors und Optronics GmbH verantwortet die gesamten Beschaffungsaktivitäten für die Programm- und Produktionsbereiche aller Divisionen sowie aller indirekten Bedarfe mit einem jährlichen Beschaffungsvolumen von rund 1 Mrd. EUR.



Die Assistenz arbeitet eng abgestimmt mit dem Bereichsleiter Purchasing und unterstützt bei allen adminstrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben. Darüber hinaus übernimmt die Assistenz auch die inhaltliche Zuarbeit für die Bereichsleitung und arbeitet eigenständig an kleineren Projekten.

Ihre Aufgaben

Koordination und Planung von Terminen Erstellen von Präsentationen Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Entscheidungsgremien und Protokollierung Schnittstelle Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter Procurement zu CPO Reisebuchung und Reiseabrechnung Organisationen von Events wie Supplier Days und Teamevents Sonstiges Organisatorisches: Auslagenerstattungen, Messebesuche, Workshops, etc. Übernahme von Sonderprojekten nach Bedarf, insbesondere im Bereich Teamentwicklung und Purchasing Excellence
