As an Assistant Waiter with MSC Cruises, you will support the Restaurant Waiters in delivering top-tier service in our main dining rooms and specialty restaurants. Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Waiter in providing professional, courteous food and beverage service
– Help set up and maintain clean, organized dining areas
– Deliver dishes to tables and clear them efficiently
– Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction during meals
– Communicate with international guests in English and German
– Maintain hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
– Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
– Uphold MSC’s standards of presentation and guest interaction
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
– Strong interest in food service and guest interaction
– Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
