Are you passionate about football and want to help shape the future of the game across Europe? We’re looking for an Assistant Category Manager to join our European Football team and support the end-to-end category management process — from product range planning to major launches.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support the seasonal product range process from a system perspective, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our newly introduced ranging system M-3
Drive all in-season range requests and maintain system readiness to support business needs
Lead the coordination and optimization of seasonal club & product launches, ensuring clear and timely communication across the organization
Take ownership of specific smaller projects, gaining end-to-end experience and showcasing impact within the business
Support seasonal range planning and alignment across clusters & zones
Provide data and insights to guide decisions on product, pricing, and margin
Coordinate deliverables for seasonal handovers, Go-to-market meetings, and key milestones.
Prepare and deliver marketing and tech materials to sales teams for sell-in success
Consolidate feedback from clusters, channels, and global teams to improve processes
Track sales performance and monitor the competitive landscape
Support major launches and presentations, ensuring an impactful sell-in process
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience
Experience in merchandising, marketing, or sales (sport, fashion, or lifestyle a plus)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of adidas systems is an advantage
Fluent in English (additional languages welcome)
A team player with curiosity, energy, and a passion for football

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
