As the Assistant Director of Finance, you will support the Director of Finance and work with the team to make sure our data and finances are secure.


We are looking for a full-time

Assistant Director of Finance (m/f/d)

to join our team as soon as possible.

This is what your day looks like:

Deputy Head of Finance and IT Department Support for the Director of Finance in preparing forecasts as well as monthly and annual financial statements Monitoring all accounting functions and overseeing daily accounting processes and all KPIs in compliance with agreed policies Reconciliation of the balance sheet Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, policies, and standards within the hotel Conducting internal Marriott audits Analyzing variances in the profit and loss statement

Several years of professional experience in the field of Finance Excellent financial and economic understanding In-depth knowledge of legal and accounting regulations Expertise and experience in forecasting Advanced MS Office skills Experience in collaborative work environments High level of commitment and a deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and goal-focused working style Strong communication skills Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
