Manage and maintain company mobile devices (enrollment, configuration, updates, security)
Support users with device setup, troubleshooting, replacements, and upgrades
Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies
Ticket Processing
Monitor and manage IT support tickets using a ticketing system
Prioritize, resolve, or escalate incidents according to defined SLAs
Track ticket progress and ensure timely resolution
Document issues and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference
User Support
Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (hardware, software, access issues)
Support users on-site and remotely when required
Assist with onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, permissions)
Communicate clearly and professionally with users regarding issues and solutions
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external service providers
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Maintain accurate documentation of assets, tickets, and system configurations
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in IT support, IT technician, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with
MDM tools
and
ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
User-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Fluent German (mandatory)
Mandatory Requirements
German passport
Valid security clearance
(Secret Protection / Sabotage Protection)
Ability to work
on-site in Berlin

Experience in corporate or enterprise IT environments
