As an HR Total Rewards Intern, you will support the HR team in delivering efficient and accurate operational services that align with organizational priorities. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR systems, data management, and process execution, contributing to the smooth functioning of HR Total Rewards.
Provide administrative support to the Total Rewards team (e.g., data entry, record
management).
Assist with market research for benefits programs across various countries.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on global and regional projects.
Maintain and update documentation related to Total Rewards policies and procedures (e.g.,
SharePoint pages).
Actively contribute to ongoing Total Rewards projects by supporting planning, execution, and
follow-up activities.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
High proficiency in
