Responsibilities


A varied training that combines practice and theory (vocational school in Munich) This apprenticeship offers you a solid basis and a variety of opportunities to advance in your career. You will get to know a versatile infrastructure in the areas of server, network, client workplace, cloud services, IT-procurement and IT-budgeting Creation of a solid basis for interdisciplinary exchange and global cooperation. Extensive insights into local and cross-site processes and support of IT in the daily tasks Creation and support of system solutions (actual analysis and conception, programming techniques, installation and configuration, data protection and copyright, system maintenance) System integration (system configuration, networks, system solutions, introduction of systems) Service (user support, error analysis, troubleshooting, system support) Commercial activities (needs analysis, obtaining and comparing offers, ordering and tracking IT equipment, budget planning, IT-controlling) You will support the IT department, which acts as an internal service provider, to ensure the running of all IT services in our company Qualifications
