About this position

What you can expect

In close cooperation with our experienced experts, you design and develop software solutions. In addition to development, you will carry out adjustments and maintenance of software applications and databases. For this purpose, you will use validated methods and procedures of software engineering, programming languages and developer tools. We also allow you to specialize in interesting focus topics, which you can determine yourself together with the training team. A large scope for individual advancement of your strengths is part of our philosophy. The training period is usually three years but can also be shortened depending on your level of knowledge. During this time, you will work in different areas of the company and also get to know various tasks outside of internal IT. Our aim is to take you on after you have successfully completed your training and for you to become part of the company in the long term.
