For our Sales/Service-Team, we are seeking an

Applications Manager Rolls (all genders)

Scope

Technological and applications related guidance of our sales teams and customers to define best roll cover types and designs for paper machine applications Sales support and customer visit together with responsible salespersons in EMEA (traveling max 50 days/year) Building and updating the rolls and covers related library (EMEA), including sales presentation, datasheet, instructions, and references Rezolve key user for rolls including the studies together with responsible salesperson Extensible blanket (Clupak) application and technical support and reference upkeeping Customer and rolls specific trouble shoot support Support and supervise on service measurements and concerning reporting Compilation of power point presentations for designated roll cover applications including target definition for our cover, results achieved (value creation focus) and meaningful reference positions Regular updates on product datasheets Manage new product launches incl. definition of target customers and positions Guidance for product improvements and new product needs to our R&D group Competitor follow-up together with sales teams

Qualification

Bachelor or Master of Engineering Paper Technology or Mechanical Engineering or similar B2B experience within the paper industry Capability to hold technical presentations Excellent language skills in English, German and others European languages are advantage

Personal qualification

Hands on mentality and motivated to work within our Teams Structured and targeted work behavior Good IT skill with basic Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Flexible, creative and willingness to tackle new challenges Competent appearance, assertiveness, superior communication skills
