We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Android Native Engineer (f/m/d)

to join our team. As an Android Native Engineer (f/m/d),
you will be responsible for developing and implementing mobile solutions to solve complex business problems. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy several mobile applications used daily by thousands of
users. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Android native development and real good sense of software architecture,
along with excellent programming skills, ability to learn new things and the commitment to always improve the products within
the company.

What can you expect with us?

Contribute to the development of high quality, reliable, fast, scalable and responsive software Maintain and improve different mobile applications within the company scope Ability to code following different architectural design patterns Writing testable code and ensuring the test coverage stays at the agreed level Be committed and contribute to maintain and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Show a constant interest in learning new things and try proof of concepts towards to improve the products and the technology strategy inside the company Be a mentor for other engineers and work in multidisciplinary teams along with other talented professionals such as developers, analysts, testers, in an agile-minded environment

What do you bring to the table?

Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, computer electronics or a related field Proven experience (5+ years) working as a native Android developer with Java and Kotlin languages Solid understanding of modern mobile app architectures (MVC, MVP, MVVM), Gradle & Maven dependencies, Unit Testing (Espresso, Roboeletric, Mockito or similar) and Instrumentation testing (JUnit) Proven MAD (Modern Android Development) skills are strongly appreciated: Jetpack framework (Compose, Room, etc.), Dependency Injection (Dagger 2 & Hilt), Retrofit, Kotlin Coroutines and Flows Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services, code versioning tools (GIT) and CI/CD processes/tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile-minded environment Strong attention to detail, good sense of UI design and a user-oriented focus are highly appreciated A self-driven and proactive attitude, with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team The candidate should be fluent in English, ability to speak German it’s a plus
