What will you do?

Support Strategic Transformation:

Help uncover client challenges and develop actionable plans that drive real change

Conduct Research & Analysis:

Perform market research, competitive analysis, financial assessments to generate insights and strategic recommendations

Identify AI Opportunities:

Recognize where AI and intelligent automation can create value for clients and help them understand what's possible and feasible

Develop Client Deliverables:

Translate complex ideas into clear recommendations through compelling presentations and business cases

Drive Execution:

Support implementation of transformation initiatives to ensure recommendations are translated into measurable results

Who are you?

Master's degree

in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

Up to 2 years of relevant experience

Strong interest in AI and its business applications

– you follow developments in generative AI and can articulate how these technologies create value

Excellent analytical and communication skills

– structured thinking, clear articulation across audiences

Collaborative and proactive

– you take ownership, thrive in teams and navigate ambiguity with resilience

Fluent in German and English

, written and spoken Proficient in

Microsoft Office

applications (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
