Job Description

Your responsibilities

· Develop high performance analog / mixed-signal ASIC circuits for MEMS sensors

· Complete block and transistor level analog circuit design, meeting block level design specifications

· Perform modelling, detailed design, simulation, verification and validation of integrated circuits in collaboration with other team members like system architects, analog, layout, digital design engineers

· Create detailed design documentation and specifications for design reviews, internal discussions, test requirements

· Optimize designs for performance, power, and area with post-, corner, and Monte Carlo simulations

· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful tape-out

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

What we look for

· PhD, Master's or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or microelectronics with an emphasis in analog / mixed signal Integrated Circuit Design or a similar specialty

· Freshly graduated candidates are also welcome to apply for this position

· Experience in analog and mixed signal IC Design, preferred with Cadence tools

· Experience in designing low-noise, low-power analog circuits, strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design

· Experience is required in some of the following: oscillators/PLLs, ADCs, LDOs, POR, analog filters, blocks for interface, power management, ESD, calibration techniques

· Experience with various CMOS technologies, inertial or capacitive sensors, successful tape-outs and knowledge with testing is a plus

· Team player with good listening skills, ability to organize and prioritize work

· Good communication skills in oral and written English or German
