What tasks will you perform?
Responsible for the
accounting from A to Y
(including the preparation of the closing of the various companies that are part of the PGS Group).
Is responsible for the
day-to-day and timely execution of (administrative) accounting tasks
.
Posting
purchase invoices
and drawing up
sales invoices
.
Takes care of the
VAT registration projects and VAT compliance formalities.
Ensures the correct processing of
intra-community transactions
according to VAT rules and regulations.
Performs
customer and payment follow-ups.
Prepares
monthly, quarterly and year-end closings
.
Prepares external
audits
in collaboration with the Finance Manager and external accounting firm.
Responsible for
preparing the monthly reporting
.
Reports to the Finance Manager
(Belgium & International).
Continuously thinks along with
improvement processes.
Keep in touch with colleagues from other services to ensure
smooth cooperation
.
Offers
support to and contributes to the sustainable business values
of the organization
.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's/Graduate or Master's degree in Accountancy-Taxation
, or equivalent by
experience
.
You have
at least a first work experience
.
You have a thorough
knowledge of VAT regulations
in an international environment.
You handle
Excel
very well and is strong with numbers. Is willing to master our own
ERP
package.
You have knowledge of
ERP and/or Datev and Odoo software
is a plus.
Good knowledge of
German and English
, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
You are an
entrepreneur
, have
respect
and are
result-oriented.
You are
proactive
and knows how to detect
opportunities
.
You have a
driving license B
and is
flexible when it comes to travel.
