Frankfurt Airport (FRA)

to deliver operational and financial success to the Group. This role is a key part of our global airport portfolio.


Germany’s largest passenger airport, it is also one of Europe’s busiest airports with the new Terminal 3 set to open in 2026 to further increasing passenger capacity. It is the main hub for the German airline, Lufthansa.

Job Purpose




You will be responsible for the financial and operational areas of Prosegur Change’s Frankfurt Airport operation. Leading a large team to deliver the budgeted financial targets, customer service excellence and day-to-day running of 5 branches and 13 ATMs across Frankfurt Airport.

Key Responsibilities include:



Manage costs and overheads and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the business. Setting targets and pricing, with the approval of the Head of Airports. Involvement with budgets, other financial reports and accountants in conjunction with Head Office, local accountants and the Head of Airports Manage selling, customer service activities and staff competence to optimize, sustain and enhance sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction, by providing exemplary levels of service in all areas. Manage, motivate, recruit, train and develop staff, within company guidelines and local employment legislation, in order for them to reach their full potential for both themselves and the Group. Assume full responsibility for ensuring LAPD (Lease Agreement Processing Documents) details of all properties in the Operation are correct and use own knowledge to protect contracts on all properties. Maintain the company brand standards ensuring that staff and branch appearance meet or exceed the required standards at all times. Ensure branches have a positive and friendly atmosphere and staff morale is high. Carry out disciplinary action which may be required according to company policy and in compliance with local employment legislation. Conduct regular reviews, including appraisals (both annual and mid-year) on all staff. Carry out effective recruitment and selection to ensure efficient staffing levels are met to meet the needs of the business. Develop the personal skills and capability of yourself and all staff through effective use of on-going training, or through external sources which have been approved by Head Office. Plan and forecast the seasonal demands of the business. Manage and maintain health and safety, security and emergency systems, including CCTV footage, safe and alarm codes. Be aware of the competitive developments, changes in local employment legislation and general developments within the Group. Compliance with country specific laws, i.e. anti money laundering or labour inspections. Ensuring full compliance with AML and regulatory requirements. Manage effective relationships with suppliers and all other external stakeholders. Develop wholesaling and VIP customer relationships. Participate in special project meetings and give presentations as required. Approval of annual leave and rosters. High knowledge of security systems, point of sale equipment and all other operational equipment. Maintain a strong front office presence and awareness of staff issues.

Requirements



The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:



Branch and ATM experience in an airport environment is preferred Multi-location Management experience required Able to communicate effectively at all levels, including with the senior leadership team Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Natural ability to build strong relationships with staff, senior leadership team, airport management, suppliers and all other external stakeholders Manage the people reporting to you effectively and in accordance with Group management standards and procedures. Willingness to learn and develop. Enthusiasm and drive to be the best at everything you do. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills both written and orally.
