Who We Are
We're
mdk.digital
- a small software company from Bonn, serving mobile network operators in Germany and Austria since 2011. We have recently acquired a SaaS platform (https://promptdrive.ai) with which we are expanding into building and scaling SaaS solutions.
Also, we took over a social impact project a while back (https://gruenes-kueken.de) with meaning that we want to bring forward.
And we have a new service offering "in the pipeline" for 2026.
Our approach:
Practice what we preach. We use AI to automate internal processes for efficiency reasons so we can focus on what matters more: building and growing great software solutions, deepening personal relationships with our customers and spending more time on social impact projects.
Our philosophy:
"We'll do it. Period." We're agile in spirit. We value reliability, alignment in core principles, working software, individuals over processes, and simply getting things done. Results matter more than anything else.
What You'll Work On
You'll be working on
multiple projects in parallel
(if that stresses you out, this is not the perfect role):
- Building and executing content marketing for
promptdrive.ai
(blog, case studies, newsletters)
- Creating product offerings and marketing content for
gruenes-kueken.de
(educational materials for kindergartens)
- Developing content strategies for new and existing service offerings, products and their websites (landing pages, outreach campaigns, blog postings, SEO articles)
- Managing and executing
e-mail marketing
campaigns (onboarding sequences, nurturing existing user base, )
- Building, supporting and nurturing
communities
(e.g. Circle, Skool, Substack, Slack, Discord)
- Creating
info products
(mini-courses, video series, eBooks, whitepapers) - preparing content, scripts, and materials
- Managing
WordPress sites
(Elementor, content updates, SEO optimization)
- Using AI tools to scale content creation and organic traffic across multiple platforms like e.g. Substack, Medium, LinkedIn, blogs & our websites
Our Content and Marketing Stack?
WordPress + Elementor (must-have), Kit (e-mail marketing), n8n (automation), AI tools and LLMs (e.g. Claude/GPT/Gemini, RightBlogger, SEObot, Vista Social, Ubersuggest, Page Optimizer Pro). We're not married to specific tools - we use what works and get rid of what doesn't.
Important:
This is
not
a paid advertising role.
We will focus on
organic growth
through relevant content, SEO, and e-mail marketing leveraging AI smartly and extensivly. No ad budgets here.
Who and What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- You have
several years of hands-on experience
in content marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments
- You
actively use AI tools
(ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for content creation and can critically evaluate their output (not just copy-paste)
- You're proficient with
WordPress + Elementor
- this is non-negotiable
- You have experience with
e-mail marketing
(campaigns, automation, newsletters)
- You can create engaging content across formats: blog posts, long-form articles, case studies, scripts, social posts etc.
- You can juggle multiple projects and don't need someone to "hold your hand"
- You're curious, eager to learn, and excited about AI-assisted marketing
- You're reliable. If you say you'll do it, you do it.
- You're fluent in
German and English
(both written and spoken)
Nice-to-haves that make the difference for us:
- Experience with
community building
(Circle, Skool, Discord, etc.)
- You've built content strategies from scratch (0-to-1 marketing)
- Experience with
Substack, Medium, or long-form content platforms
- You've created
info products
(courses, eBooks, video scripts)
- You care about things beyond marketing (sustainability, social projects, unconventional experiences)
- You run side projects or have personal content you're proud of
Deal-breakers:
- You want to "do things the way you've always done them"
- You don't like working independently
- You need to be pushed to get things done
- You see AI tools as a threat rather than an opportunity
- You prefer strategy over execution
- You send a template application

Commitment to continuous learning and development. We want you to keep evolving.
-
Sustainability:
