Your Role

As our AI Knowledge & Enablement Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in driving AI adoption across the firm. You will connect people, tools, and knowledge to ensure we make the most of Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI technologies. Your job is not just to bring everyone to the table — but to ensure they 'enjoy the food'.



Your responsibilities will include:

Tooling & Knowledge Infrastructure

Championing prompt engineering as a foundational skill for effective AI interaction
+ Craft and refine reusable prompt patterns that unlock the full potential of Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools.
Developing and maintaining a centralized AI knowledge hub (prompts, agents, use cases, training materials)
+ Equip contributors with ready-to-use tools and continuously improve shared resources.

Enablement & Adoption

Designing and delivering tailored AI training programs for different groups
+ Enable confident, role-specific use of AI through hands-on learning experiences.
Driving strategic adoption of Microsoft Copilot across teams and departments
+ Lead enablement initiatives with measurable outcomes (e.g., usage rates, time saved, user satisfaction).

Community & Culture

Moderating firm-wide AI knowledge-sharing sessions and enablement events
+ Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Curating and leading the “AI Navigators” community
+ Empower internal champions to scale AI impact and support peer-to-peer learning.

About You

You’re curious and happy to spend time out of your comfort zone. You have experience in knowledge management, digital enablement, or AI adoption – ideally in a legal or professional services environment. You’re familiar with generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or custom agents. Our Fieldfisher X values describe your way of working well. You have strong communication skills in English (German is a plus). You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and taking ownership of your work. You bring creativity, structure, and energy to problem-solving.
