How you create impact

Coach developers in AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and LLM integration Deliver hands-on enablement (training, code reviews, shadowing) to accelerate GenAI adoption Evaluate and recommend suitable LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, open source) Actively support teams in integrating LLMs via APIs into scalable applications Define AI development standards and reusable templates for engineering teams Foster knowledge sharing and AI collaboration across internal communities

What we would like you to bring

3+ years of experience in software engineering Strong skills in Python and modern software development practices Experience deploying services in cloud environments (AWS preferred) Solid knowledge of APIs, containerization, and orchestration (e.g. Docker/Kubernetes) Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI concepts (no model training required) Comfortable guiding teams and driving developer enablement initiatives Bonus: Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and distributed systems
