After Sales Funnel and Performance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
Drive global After Sales KPI tracking aligned to market strategy; maintain a live dashboard, deliver variance analysis and gap?closure actions
Manage the service?contract pipeline across the fleet to boost coverage, conversion, and renewal health, supported by playbooks and governance cadences
Forecast churn and revenue; run scenario planning to inform long?term decisions and resource allocation
Strengthen cash?flow discipline by monitoring DSO/overdues and enforcing contractual obligations using toolkits tailored to customer profiles and root causes
Oversee availability compensation/bonus outcomes; classify root causes, support negotiations, and convert cases into product sales where possible
Elevate regional capability through training, best?practice sharing, regular cross?regional syncs and feedback loops; improve service?to?invoice timeliness and quality with Region Support
Your Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in Commercial Operations/After Sales/Sales/Services within complex, international environments
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), BI (Power BI/SAC), advanced Excel; collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
Strengths in strategic thinking, data?driven decision?making, process design, change management, executive stakeholder management, and cross?cultural communication
Core competencies: influence without authority, structured problem?solving, commercial acumen, governance & risk management, program management, and compelling storytelling
Languages: fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus
