Vorbereiten der MV zur Unterschrift CW Verwaltung der MV Pflege der Retail-Drives Anmeldung Gewerbe Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, Development Manager, Lease Admin. Coordinator Vorbereitung zu Übergabe der Mietflächen (PoA, Versicherung, Kautionszahlung) Vorbereitung der Mietflächen (Strom, Telefon/Internet, Safe, Prosegur, Tafelwasseranlagen, etc.) Ansprechpartner der Stores für administrative Belange (Alarmanlage, Aufzüge, Rolltreppen, etc.) Kommunikation mit European Construction Manager, New Store Opening Team, District Manager und Regional Manager Veranlassung der jährlichen Testat-Erstellung. Meldung der Umsätze an den Vermieter (monatl.) Das Führen/Erstellen diverser Listen GEZ (D) ASUC (D, Retail+Wholesale) GEMA (D) Digitalisierung der vorliegenden Dokumente betr. der Retailstores Abzeichnen/Prüfung der Rechnungen betr. Retail
