We're seeking an

Outreach & Marketing Assistant

to support Army Community Service (ACS) operations at USAG Ansbach. This role ensures Soldiers and Family Members receive the guidance and resources needed to successfully navigate military life OCONUS.



This is an

excellent fit for candidates with prior military support experience

or those who are service-minded, adaptable, and thrive in people-focused roles.

What You’ll Do

ACS Marketing Support

Assist ACS in requesting, maintaining, and distributing marketing and educational materials (flyers, posters, brochures). Support digital marketing efforts on approved websites and platforms.

Marketing Location Management

Maintain a list of marketing locations across USAG Ansbach (flyer posting areas, brochure distribution points, outreach venues). Update the list as directed by the ACS Operations Officer.

Material Distribution

Ensure all posted materials are current. Remove outdated materials within three (3) days of event expiration or completion.

Inventory & Data Entry

Maintain an inventory of ACS handouts and resources (“Service Materials”) in the Army Family Web Portal Client Tracking System. Enter distribution data within one (1) day of issuing materials.

Qualifications

1+ year experience supporting Military Families with community services or referrals Experience in marketing, outreach, or community engagement Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms Ability to manage and update marketing materials and resource libraries Familiarity with ACS programs and services preferred Able to pass a background check
