The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for timely and accurate accounts payable processing. Managing incoming Invoice mail-boxes and sorting Invoices and distribute Transport invoices to India. Contact stations and ask for approval of invoices. Follow-up and solve issues. Booking overhead invoices for below countries. Working in a team for Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Poland. Month-end and Year-end activities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Working knowledge of accounting processes and procedures. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills. Ability to identify errors, and employ problem solving skills to correct. roficient in relevant computer applications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1 to 3 years general accounting experience. Must have ten-key (calculating) experience. Proficient in relevant computer applications.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

Professional certification may be required in some areas.
