Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit mit 17,5 – 20 Std. / Wo. zu besetzen

Deine Aufgaben:

Du erstellst den Jahresabschluss nach HGB und begleitest die Wirtschaftsprüfung. Du unterstützt das Group Reporting nach IFRS und betreust eigene Berichtsbereiche (z. B. Pensionen, Versicherungen). Du führst die Anlagenbuchhaltung und pflegst relevante Konten- und Systemdaten. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Shared Service Center zusammen. Du erstellst Managementberichte und übernimmst buchhalterische Sonderthemen. Du bearbeitest Rückstellungen, Rechnungsabgrenzungen und gesetzliche Meldungen.

Qualifikationswünsche:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance / Controlling / Accounting Erfahrung in HGB, idealerweise IFRS-Kenntnisse Sicher im Umgang mit SAP FI/CO und MS Excel Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Your role

As an Accountant, your mission is to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions and records, contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. You will play a key role in maintaining and reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting and cost accounting activities. You will report to the Business Controller.


You will:

Control and reconcile accounts and records, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank accounts. Prepare accounting reports and schedules for internal audiences (management) and external audiences (compliance reporting), including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, and budget reporting. Support cost accounting and budgeting activities, including allocation of direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, and budget preparation. Manage accounts payable/receivable and credit & collections to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
