Tasks
Support the Accounting Manager and Payroll in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable and the payroll processes
Record, verify, and post incoming invoices
Monitor incoming and outgoing payments
Assist with VAT coordination and documentation
Reconcile accounts and clarify outstanding items
Support dunning procedures and proactive receivables management
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Support and work with payroll for month end
Participation in the continuous improvement and further development of finance and accounting processes
Your profile
Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Some initial professional experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
Confident handling of common accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong affinity for numbers paired with a careful and structured way of working
Ability to work in a team, very good communication skills and high level of initiative
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
