Your Responsibilities
Process incoming payments for all VIVA companies Handle guest refunds in close coordination with our Customer Service team Manage the accounting mailbox and ensure timely communication Create and process sales commission invoices Act as a contact person for other departments regarding payment and refund inquiries Pre-register purchase invoices Support the finance team with ad-hoc, finance-related tasks
Your Profile
Completed commercial training or relevant experience in accounting or finance Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting systems is a plus Very good English and German language skills (spoken and written)
