Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Accounting Agent – Accounts Payable


is responsible for our accounting. The Accounting Agent – Accounts Payable reports to the Accounting Manager.

As Accounting Agent – Accounts Payable, you will responsible for the following duties:

Posting daily, weekly, and monthly business transactions Maintaining and reconciling general accounts in compliance with applicable regulations Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Working with operational departments to clarify discrepancies and provide financial insights

As Accounting Agent – Accounts Payable, we expect from you:

Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration Initial experience in accounting (hotel industry advantageous) Good written and spoken German and English skills Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Flexible and varied commitment to daily business Basic knowledge of legal and accounting regulations Discretion and loyalty
