Du liebst Zahlen und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen? Als Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/x) sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Buchhaltungsprozesse reibungslos laufen – von der Rechnungsprüfung bis zu Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und US-GAAP. Mit Deinem Blick fürs Detail und Deiner Hands-on-Mentalität trägst Du entscheidend zur finanziellen Stabilität unseres Unternehmens bei.

Deine Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung der periodengerechten Buchung, Verfolgung und Ablage sämtlicher Geschäftsvorgänge Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Rechnungen (inkl. Reisekosten, Intercompany, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung) Durchführung monatlicher Kontenabstimmungen und Klärungen Kontrolle von Rechnungen und Überwachung eines reibungslosen Zahlungsverkehrs Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und US-GAAP

Wonach wir suchen:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie den Bilanzierungsvorschriften nach HGB und US-GAAP Vertraut mit den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung Grundkenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht Hohe Sorgfalt, Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit im Umgang mit Zahlen Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ein hohes Maß an Loyalität und Diskretion Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen:

Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und MS Office Kenntnisse in Concur sind von Vorteil
