We are looking for an

Accountant

(m/f/d) in our Head Office in

Munich

. We are searching a passionate Talent being in charge of accounting activities of one to several Christian Dior legal entities.

Job responsibilities

General accounting and administrative tasks Intercompany reconciliation Booking and reversal of monthly provisions (vendors, payroll related, etc.) Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns and other tax-related filings Provide support in booking payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws Liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation and information Handling reconciliation and resolving discrepancies in financial records (bookings and clearing) Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Managing and reconciling bank accounts and preparing bank reconciliations Reviewing incoming invoices according to VAT regulations Coding incoming invoices as well as digitizing and booking receipts Reviewing, and booking travel expense reports Coding and booking fixed assets and all ongoing business transactions in fixed assets accounting Master data and account maintenance and s upporting payment transactions

Profile

Successfully completed studies as certified accountant Several years of professional experience in accounting as well as knowledge in tax law required Strong analytical skills, service orientation, precise, structured, and reliable working methods as well as high commitment and conscientiousness Interest in operational contexts and processes Open personality and good communication skills Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel ERP (SAP or SAP S/4HANA) Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, additional foreign languages are an advantage
