Wir suchen eine motivierte und detailorientierte Fachkraft im Rechnungswesen (Accountant), die unser Team verstärkt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Verwaltung von Kundenkonten, die Abwicklung der täglichen Finanzprozesse sowie für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling daily financial processes, and ensuring smooth communication with our clients.

Ihre Aufgaben:
Your responsibilities:

- Verwaltung und Pflege von Kundenkonten mit Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen
- Allgemeine Finanzbuchhaltung und Buchführung
- Professionelle und serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit Kunden
- Unterstützung bei Finanzberichterstattung und Compliance-Prozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Synthesechemiker*innen, Projektteams und Qualitätsmanagement

- Manage and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and reliability
- Prepare and process invoices
- General accounting and bookkeeping
- Professional and service-oriented communication with clients
- Support financial reporting and compliance processes
- Collaborate closely with synthetic chemists, project teams, and quality management

Idealerweise bringen Sie mit:
Ideally, you bring:

- Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Fach; Kenntnisse in Organischer Chemie oder Life Sciences sind von Vorteil
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung und Kundenkontenmanagement
- Praktische Erfahrung in Finanzberichterstattung und Zusammenarbeit mit Prüfern
- Kenntnisse und/oder Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP (insbesondere SAP Business One)
- Vertrautheit mit dem deutschen Handelsrecht (HGB) ist von Vorteil
- Vorherige Industrieerfahrung in einem Chemieunternehmen oder CRO ist wünschenswert
- Starke organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Kunden zu interagieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit, Detailorientierung und eine proaktive Haltung
- Bereitschaft, sich in neue Software einzuarbeiten, neue Methoden zu adaptieren, zu lernen und zu wachsen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Vertraulichkeit und Sorgfalt

- Degree or training in accounting, finance, or a related field; knowledge of organic chemistry or life sciences is an advantage
- Proven experience in financial accounting and customer account management
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting and working with auditors
- Knowledge and/or experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (especially SAP Business One)
- Familiarity with German commercial law (HGB) is an advantage
- Prior industry experience in a chemical company or CRO is desirable
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn new software, adapt new methods, and continuously grow
- Sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and diligence
