Account Manager (m/f/d) – Distribution & Artisans, Northern Germany


Home-office based | ~70% travel



We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial

Account Manager (m/f/d) Distribution & Artisans

to join our sales team in Northern Germany. In this role, you will take full ownership of your business results, shape growth strategies, drive commercial initiatives, and build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in the region.

Your responsibilities



As Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and expanding our business footprint. Your main tasks include:
Proactively identifying new business and sales opportunities, and developing tailored sales strategies Building and maintaining resilient, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers Selling our products and solutions with a strong focus on strengthening long-term partnerships Leading contract negotiations and defining commercial terms with customers Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and customers Achieving sales and profitability targets within your region Monitoring market developments and competitive activities, and defining the right commercial measures Conducting market and competitor analyses to guide strategic decisions Maintaining high data quality and accurate documentation in Salesforce



What you bring


Qualifications & hard skills


Strong commercial acumen and

minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales

, ideally in the

food & beverage industry

A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; alternatively, completed vocational training in the food industry

Fluent German

and confident

English

communication skills Solid knowledge of

MS Office

, and ideally experience with

SAP

and

Salesforce.com

Strong project management capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills A valid driver’s license
