Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve managing the full sales cycle, negotiating terms of cooperation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will combine a commercial mindset, market understanding, and product knowledge to drive company success. Business travel to Eastern Europe will be required.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop long-term relationships with B2B clients. Successfully manage the full sales cycle – from initial contact to deal closure. Identify client needs and prepare solutions that address their challenges. Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts. Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Meet sales targets and achieve KPIs. Maintain a high level of customer service and assist in resolving client inquiries.

Required Skills and Experience:



Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the tech/hardware industry. Strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably in the hardware sector. Previous experience in hardware/embedded domains, ideally with a transition into project management or customer success, is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key client needs and find optimal solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools is an advantage. Fluent in English.
