The role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will:

• Own your territory and drive new business across a portfolio of mid-market enterprises
• Engage senior decision-makers across procurement, finance, and operations, helping them transform outdated, manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle – from initial outreach to discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing
• Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximise pipeline and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Act as a trusted advisor to your customers, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions that deliver real value
• Influence internal processes, feedback loops, and messaging based on frontline sales experience

Candidate profile
We are looking for a hungry, motivated, and ambitious sales professional who can thrive in a fast-growing scale-up:

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to mid-market or growing enterprise customers
• Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting, demoing, negotiating, and closing deals
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills; ability to uncover business challenges and position technology as the solution
• Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders and navigating mid-complexity deals
• Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving results
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Fluent German required; strong English skills essential
• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to contribute beyond your own sales results
