Outpost24 is hiring an Account Executive to join our growing team in Amsterdam, Leuven, or Ruhr Area of Germany!
Are you a results-driven Account Executive with 8–15+ years of experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions to Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies? Do you have, and are able to build, long-term C-suite relationships, lead large-ticket deal cycles, and drive revenue growth in highly competitive markets? Are you well-versed in the cybersecurity landscape, including threat intelligence, cloud security, network security, and compliance frameworks? Do you have a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and scaling go-to-market efforts in both established and emerging tech companies?
We’re particularly interested in candidates based in Amsterdam, Leuven, Ruhr Area of Germany to stay close to key customer sites and collaborate effectively when needed.

As an Account Executive your key responsibilities include:
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for cybersecurity solutions including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key enterprise clients, aligning cybersecurity solutions to their business and risk management goals
Build relationships with C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs) and key stakeholders to uncover pain points and promote solution value
Apply solution selling and consultative selling methodologies to understand customer needs and tailor offerings accordingly
Lead complex deal negotiations, often involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
Partner with marketing to drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that support targeted prospecting and engagement
Manage and grow a healthy territory and pipeline, ensuring consistent forecasting and performance tracking
Maintain expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity threats, trends, regulations and competitor offerings
Forecast pipeline accurately using CRM tool (Salesforce) and adhere to enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPIC, BANT)
Follow established sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC and BANT to qualify and advance opportunities
Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to evangelize the brand and generate demand
What makes you our ideal candidate?
8-15+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise software sales, with at least 5+ years focused specifically on cybersecurity
Proven success in consistently achieving or surpassing million-plus euro quotas
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity domains including:
Identity & Access Management
Attack Surface Management
Threat Intelligence & Digital Risk Protection
Vulnerability Management
Pen Testing & Red Teaming
Strong understanding of security buyer personas and complex procurement processes
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and German
A self-starter with a hunter mentality who is motivated by results.
A strategic thinker who also executes tactically
Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and executive presence
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and embraces change
You’re based in Amsterdam, Leuven, Ruhr Area of Germany or willing to be located there, to be close to our key customer sites and collaborate effectively when needed
