Tasks



The Role



We’re looking for a creative, driven individual with “grit” and a passion for helping build our GTM engine. The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy while building a territory, resulting in revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion within world-class European enterprises.This is a big job. While we are a fully remote workforce, we are specifically seeking candidates based in London, Germany, or Spain. We want a builder and an owner to help us rapidly scale our GTM. You will be the second hire in the region.

Requirements



What You Will Bring to the Table



Experience: 2+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market. Execution: A demonstrated ability to source pipeline and grow accounts while running a complex sales process from lead to close in the Enterprise and Strategic Commercial segments. Results: A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets. Communication: The ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology. Champion Building: Skilled in finding, building, and testing business champions. Mindset: Driven and competitive, with a strong desire to be successful.

Things We Love



Self-aware, intrinsically motivated individuals with a growth mindset. Passion for growing your career in the largest AI-Native market. Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message). Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source technology is a plus.
