What you'll be doing
Full circle sales responsibility, managing end-to-end process from outbound to final contract closing
Effective management of internal and external stakeholders
Strategic prospect planning by industry and ICP
Strategic development of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell potential
Acquisition of new customers of various sizes and industries (depending on your experience level)
Pitching the Staffbase vision to decision makers in Communication, HR and IT teams
Representing Staffbase as an enthusiastic brand ambassador
Close collaboration with marketing, customer success, renewal and product teams
Contributing your own ideas and strategies
What you need to be successful
Several years of experience in a B2B sales role – ideally in software/SaaS sales
Strong outbound mentality and advanced pitching skills
High emotional intelligence and strong ability to identify and understand customer needs
Passion, humor and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong closing abilities
Fluent German (C2) and business-proficient English skills
