We are currently looking for a 3D Motion Designer to join our Berlin-based creative team. You will be responsible for producing photo realistic product renderings, immersive animations, and AI-enhanced visuals that elevate our brand storytelling across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product designers and marketing teams to bring our products to life through motion and visualization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an open and design-driven environment and is excited to explore the intersection of 3D design and artificial intelligence.

What you will do

Create high-quality 3D product renderings and animations using CAD data and tools such as Cinema 4D,Blender,KeyShot, or other suitable 3D and rendering software. Develop motion graphics and visual assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms. Integrate and experiment with AI tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT to enhance design workflows, boost productivity, and unlock new creative possibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product & packaging design, and marketing—to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and techniques to continuously push the boundaries of 3D visualization and storytelling.

What you should bring

Bachelor’s degree in 3D design, motion graphics, visual communication, or a related field. 1–3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization or motion design, ideally within consumer products, retail, or lifestyle brands. Proficiency in rendering software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, KeyShot, and design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Experience in working with CAD data, rendering pipelines, and photo realistic product visualization. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, RunwayML and a passion for exploring their creative potential. A compelling portfolio showcasing 3D renderings, animations, and AI-enhanced visuals. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
