2nd-Level IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)
to strengthen our Schmallenberg team.What You’ll Do
Install, configure, and manage software solutions for end devices and server infrastructure Manage user accounts and permissions in directory services and applications Administer IT asset management and service desk systems Process Level 2 tickets (incidents, problems, and service requests) Support and collaborate with our Level 1 support team
What We’re Looking For
Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification Service-oriented and structured way of working Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset Very good spoken and written German
