Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and testing of new ingredient solutions and formulations.
Assist with lab work, sample preparation, and sensory evaluations.
Collect and analyze data from trials and experiments.
Help document processes, results, and technical reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, quality, and manufacturing.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree (e.g. Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in food innovation and sustainable ingredient development.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with lab equipment and basic research methods is a plus.

Über die Rolle:
Wir suchen eine neugierige und engagierte Person zur Verstärkung unseres F&E-Teams bei Kerry Ingredients. Dieses Praktikum bietet die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Lebensmittelinnovation, Produktentwicklung und technische Forschung bei einem weltweit führenden Unternehmen für Geschmack und Ernährung zu sammeln.
Hauptaufgaben:
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Prüfung neuer Zutatenlösungen und Rezepturen.
Mitarbeit im Labor, bei der Probenvorbereitung und sensorischen Bewertungen.
Datenerhebung und -analyse aus Versuchen und Experimenten.
Dokumentation von Prozessen, Ergebnissen und technischen Berichten.
Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams wie Marketing, Qualität und Produktion.
Anforderungen:
