Verantwortungsbereiche:
Betrieb und Wartung der IT-Plattform und zugehöriger Systeme.
Management und Überwachung von Schnittstellen, Prozessen und Systemen.
Fehleranalyse und Problembehebung im Rahmen des 2./3. Level-Supports.
Hauptansprechpartner für prozessbezogene Anfragen.
Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Dienstleistern bei der Testung neuer Funktionalitäten.
Profil:
Abschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Studienfeld oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
Projekterfahrung im IT-Bereich.
Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Entwicklung im Unternehmen. Sprachkenntnisse:
Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau C1, Fließendes Englisch wünschenswert.

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be
trained and responsible
for the following tasks:- Operation and maintenance of the IT platform and associated systems.
- Managing and overseeing the overall interface, process, and system monitoring.
- Conducting error analysis and troubleshooting as part of 2nd/3rd level support.
- Serving as the main point of contact for process-related inquiries.
- Collaborating with customers and service providers to test new functionalities.
Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous project experience in the IT field.
- Demonstrated willingness to continuously develop skills and grow with the company.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in German is required at a minimum of C1. Fluency in English is desirable.
