You will make an impact in the following way:

Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen und Partner:innen – per E-Mail und Telefon First Level Produkt Support mit Übernahme von 2nd Level Support Aufgaben nach entsprechender Einarbeitung Dokumentation von Kundenanliegen in unserem Ticketsystem und Weiterleitung komplexerer und eskalierter Anfragen an den nächsten Level Abschließende Bearbeitung von Standard-Anfragen Nutzung, Erstellung und Pflege von KnowledgeBase Artikeln und anderen Informationsquellen Unterstützung der QS und R&D durch Bug-Reporting und Tests

What you will bring:

Bildung – Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik oder Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder vergleichbar Neugier und Leidenschaft – Interesse an IT-Themen und Netzwerktechnologien und hohe Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen wie Network Access Control einzuarbeiten, idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit IT-Support, Netzwerkmanagement (SNMP, Switches, Router), OS Debian Persönlichkeit – Freude am Kundenkontakt, ausgeprägte Kund:innen- und Serviceorientierung, Überzeugungskraft, organisatorisches Geschick sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kund:innenbedürfnisse, analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise Sprachkenntnisse – Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
